We are on a mission to ensure academic integrity, excellence, fair competition, and a merit-based system that guarantees increased labor productivity in Liberia’s private and public sectors.
Identify and Expose
We cast a dragnet to gather credible intelligence on academic fraud or plans to commit it. We engage in extensive open and closed-source research to authenticate, document, and release indisputable evidence of academic fraud
We initiate and lead campaigns against academic fraud and for punitive action against people who commit academic fraud. Because academic fraud is endemic in Liberia and many major actors in the country are directly or indirectly linked, we mobilize other stakeholders to join our campaign.
We build partnerships in and out of Liberia and with government and non-governmental organizations to legislate laws and build institutions that can advance and make sustainable the camping against academic fraud in Liberia. All our partnerships are anchored and survived on “zero tolerance” for academic fraud

WHY WE EXIST?
An epidemic of academic fraud is corroding the foundation of Liberia’s progress. CACC exists because the integrity of our labor force, essential for national development, is under threat. Without a steadfast commitment to academic excellence and an unwavering stance against fraudulent practices, no nation can flourish. The education sector, tasked with bridging the deficit in quality workforce, has become a breeding ground for unqualified graduates. Academic fraud thrives amidst a landscape plagued by fake credentials and degrees from dubious institutions, both domestic and foreign.
Beyond academia, the academic fraud epidemic is evading every sector, with unqualified individuals occupying crucial positions, even in fields as critical as healthcare. Liberia’s progress is being hindered by the sluggish output of an undermined labor force. Our existence is dedicated to combating this epidemic, to fostering a culture of integrity and excellence, and to propelling Liberia towards a future of genuine prosperity and development.
